The dedicated Shipping module allows you to create transport requests, track shipment status, and, thanks to integration with Chameleoon, easily connect with the systems of various courier companies.
Creating a shipment order
A shipment request can be recorded manually, from the invoicing process, or in bulk from the list of issued invoices. This action generates a shipment document based on the details recorded on each invoice. If the invoice was created from an order, all key information is already filled in, so no re-entry is needed.
Automating the creation of shipment orders is a key part of optimizing logistics processes and reducing the time from order placement to delivery to the customer.
Shipment status tracking
To get an overview of shipment statuses, there’s no need to check multiple courier systems. All statuses can be tracked in one place using Chameleoon.sk—directly within Katana.
